Policy for Returns and Refunds
- We offer free returns. There is full reimbursement if you return your product up to 30 days after purchase. We also offer full reimbursement if the product you received was defective or didn't meet its specifications.
- Customers who receive faulty or defective products may contact us at info@thekiddospace.com to request a return or refund within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery, providing an explanation and attaching a photo of the faulty or defective product to support their request.Â
- We will reply to your email on return in 72 hours and provide you with a return label on a case by case basis.
- After thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, all purchases are considered final and are neither refundable nor returnable.Â
- In the event of a refund, the customer's money will be transferred back to the debit/credit card they used to make their purchase as soon as the product has been safely received by us. Please note that customer bears the shipping cost of returning the product to us. If you ask for a replacement or a refund your request will be evaluated and if approved, the costs will be covered by the TheKiddoSpace.
