Very simple to use. Quite a large print so just meant it didn’t fit on all the labels but I put it on main fabric instead. Hopefully doesn’t wash off as promised!

The stamp is good especially the white side- black is more tempermental and can smudge . Huge drawback is that the stamp show through white shirts which is a mainstay of school uniform. Yes they give you tape to print and iron on your own labels but if I’d wanted iron on labels I would of ordered them instead

It's cute and the quality is fine, however it is not made clear that this product is coming all the way from Hong Kong. Had I known this, I wouldn't have ordered it. This should really be made clearer on the website as I'd prefer to support small local businesses that ship things originating from goodness knows where and being flown halfway across the world.

Absolutely shocking, apprently it’s not for labels in the kids school uniform & just for clothing, which I thinks crazy as school uniform has labels in where you can write the name of child so just assumed the stamp would be used there and last longer than a pen. however I also tried the white stamp on the clothing and hardly showed up. I can imagine after one wash it will gone. Really disappointed after reading good reviews. Save your money!!!

The ink bleeds on some fabrics making it unreadable. Also doesn't stay on hard surfaces very well. The white stamp is barely visible on dark clothes. Ended up using labels instead.

Ordered this product on the 14th July give or take a few days. Still haven't recieved it. No communication as to where it is. Such a shame myself and my kids were looking forward to it arriving. Maybe it will still turn up!? Not holding out much hope, as I've waited over a month. Oh well, Lesson learnt.

Sadly we haven't yet received this item, and have now been waiting 28 days since we received the shipment confirmation.
I emailed customer service and was given a 30% discount as a gesture of goodwill, however they confirmed there was an issue with the shipment and that they would look in to it.
Sadly if and when we do receive this item, it will be too late as I bought this to label my daughter's new uniform, but she starts school tomorrow, and therefore the stamp will no longer be required.

Product is good but by for some reason i ordered just a name no little image but it defaulted and we have ended up with my grandsons name and a heart next to, which has annoyed me a little.
Wait time is quite long. Over a month for it to arrive which i wasn’t aware of when placing the order.
